Experience

I have been working in the field of psychology for over 10 years, not including the 9 years of education it required to get here. I have worked in a wide range of settings across 3 different states.

Many of my clients have experienced emotional burnout, which manifested as anxiety and depression, and often stemmed or were exacerbated from life changes. Others have relationship challenges and have difficulty communicating their needs and boundaries effectively.

I have used Psychological Testing to help thousands of clients gain a deeper understanding of their problems and learn ways to improve the quality of their life. As an Individual Therapist and Coach, I have helped hundreds of clients improve their emotional health, strengthen their boundaries, increase their resilience to stressors, and improve their relationships.

Over the course of my career, my resilience and faith have been tested.

 

I not only experienced burnout, but I also had to deal with unexplained health issues, anxiety, and relationships challenges. I have tried a wide range of treatments and I felt hope fatigue along the way.

With A LOT of research, prayer, and support, I found that an integrative approach to healing worked the best! I have been able to end burnout and work on healing all areas of my life.

 

When I go through trying times, I am reminded of something my mom told me when I was in graduate school: God did not bring you this far to leave you. He will bring your through. He has good things for you.  

I am thankful that I PERSEVERED AND NEVER LOST HOPE.  

 

Over time, I have developed a level of emotional intelligence and resilience that allows me to persevere and remain hopeful DESPITE the odds or what others are saying.

 

I decided to take this knowledge and create courses and programs to help other high-achieving professionals end burnout, improve their health (e.g., mental, emotional, spiritual, etc.), build resilience, and cultivate meaningful relationships.
